Since 1998, Participatory Action Research and Resource Centre (PARRC) has been performing as an organ of Grameena Patana Kendram in collective, comprehensive and voluntary nature of research and resource mobilization. External expertise and local Impertisewere mobilised, pooled and utilized on absolute voluntary basis for the welfare and development of the local community in their livelihood and culture. The available human resource and capacity of PARRC is an input to the planned development and Environment resource management in our society.
