Grameena Patana Kendram (GPK) is a registered society under the Travancore–Cochin Charitable Societies Act, committed to grassroots development and participatory planning. Established in 1998 and inspired by Kerala’s People’s Plan Campaign (1996–2000), GPK has evolved into a multidisciplinary hub for research, education, and collaborative action, strengthening democratic governance and promoting sustainable development at the local level.
